Because a portion of each sale is donated to a non-profit and is non-revokable at this time, returns cannot be proccessed for money/credit back. Products may, however, be returned within 14 days of purchase for EXCHANGE ONLY if they are defective or damaged.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to I Shop To Give. We will then ship the exchange back to the customer free of charge.
Shipping and Handling is calculated using real time shipping costs through Fed-EX + a handling fee per shipment. The total shipping price can be seen for either Ground or 2-Day shipments in the shopping cart prior to checkout.
