WHAT IS iSHOP TO GIVE?

iShop To Give, Inc. (iShop) is a webstore that sells a variety of goods and services.  iShop gives a portion of each sale back to the non-profit of the customer's choice.  iShop's web store is an innovative and complex program that manages sales and inventory and automatically calculates and records relevant information from our vendors.

WHAT SETS US APART FROM OTHER WEB STORES?

Our team forms a unique fundraising program that has divided the US into sections with about 1.4 million people per region.  We currently have Regional Leaders throughout the US, each of which oversee several Resource Representatives in their respective regions.  This fundraising team helps non-profits with their fundraising needs by directing their current members/donors and others to our web store where they can purchase products and instruct iShop to give to their non-profit.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO THE VENDOR?

1. Vendor receives on-line product exposure.
2. Vendor has access to a sophisticated web store and back office that allows them to track sales, view accounts and track inventory, to name a few.
3. Vendor has a complete sales force marketing and directing customers to their products.
4. All vendors have the satisfaction of knowing that they are playing a significant role in helping others.  Together we can create US jobs, help feed the poor, heal the sick and change the world.

HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR?

iShop welcomes potential vendors to submit an application requesting that they become a vendor for iShop and place their products on iShop's web store.  Please complete and submit the application that follows this document.  After review of your application, we will contact you and begin the process to define your responsibilities as a vendor for iShop.  Thank you!

WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING CAN THE VENDOR EXPECT?

iShop agrees to provide vendor with instruction and training on how to put their products on iShop's web store and how to manage their virtual warehouse and 'back office'.

HOW DOES A VENDOR GET PAID?

Each product provided by Vendor will have a fixed wholesale price paid by iShop to Vendor, mailed by US Postal Service bimonthly (i.e. all products sold every month between the 1st and the 15th will be paid for on the 16th, (if not the 16th, then the following working day).  All products sold every month between the 15th and the 31st will be paid for on the 1st of the following month (if not the 1st, then the following working day).  No invoices will be required to be submitted by Vendor.  Each payment made to Vendor by iShop will include the shipping and handling fee as determined by Vendor's shipping table selection.  Also included will be a list of products sold for your records and reference.  iShop is responsible to pay all USA sales taxes, as required.  iShop is responsible for all payments due to nonprofits as defined on iShop's web store.
